Jeffrey A. Jones, Chief Executive Officer
Before
co-founding Apto Solutions with Mr. Kilkelly in 2001, Mr. Jones most recently served
as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Telephone.com, Inc. As
co-founder and Director of Telephone.com, Mr. Jones was responsible for all aspects
of the company's operations and financing activities. The company raised over $5,000,000
in private equity funding and became a leading source for surplus telecommunications
equipment. In 1997, Mr. Jones joined World Access, where he most recently served as
Director of Corporate Finance and was responsible for the company's mergers & acquisitions, corporate cash management and international transactions. Mr. Jones
served in several capacities at World Access during his tenure there, including Senior
Marketing Manager. In that position Mr. Jones oversaw marketing and Internet initiatives
and was in charge of brand and corporate integration of acquired companies. Mr. Jones
also recently served on the Board of Directors of CareerStream, Inc., an Atlanta based
HR application software technology recruiting firm which was acquired by Personic,
a global provider of human resource technology solutions. Along with Mr. Kilkelly,
Mr. Jones is committed to making Apto Solutions the best Asset Recovery Company in

James Kilkelly, President
Prior to starting Apto Solutions with Mr. Jones, Mr. Kilkelly was one of 3 partners to start Telephone.com where he led all business and market development efforts for the organization. Mr. Kilkelly is a visionary executive with strong skills in high concept and high touch marketing, sales, and business development initiatives. His management experience includes leadership positions with Fortune 500 companies such as NCR and others. He was recognized as one of Atlanta's Top 20 Technology Executives in Their 20's, Atlanta Business Chronicle, February 2000. Throughout his career, Mr. Kilkelly has excelled in the creative development of large multi-national business opportunities ranging in size from $70 million + in annualized revenue. He is an active contributor within the Atlanta community, and is also a member of Entrepreneurs' Organization International. Mr. Kilkelly has served as President of Apto Solutions, Inc. since co-founding it with Mr. Jones in June of 2001. Since inception, Apto Solutions has experienced record growth in revenue and profits year over year and this trend will continue to increase as Apto solidifies its leadership position within the burgeoning global Asset Recovery Industry.

Jason Jellie, Vice President Sales
Mr. Jellie joined the Apto Solutions team in 2003. Since joining the company he has been instrumental helping develop the company’s strategy in the areas of Sales and Business Development. In his current role, he leads the sales organization across all business segments and products globally. Since joining the company, Mr. Jellie has also been instrumental in securing and developing many of Apto’s key accounts.
Mr.
Jellie began his telecom career in Atlanta with ITC DeltaCom. His career path led
him to WorldCom, where he held several high level sales positions, and eventually
he joined AT&T where he served as a Client Business Manager in its Enterprise
Markets Division. In this role Mr. Jellie was directly responsible for managing relationships
with some of the GA top 100 companies while overseeing a base of annual revenue that
exceeded $5 Million. Throughout the course of his career in telecom, Mr. Jellie has
developed a solid reputation for producing strong revenue results, and he has established
excellent business relationships with individuals in many of Atlanta's top telecom
organizations. He has a Bachelor of Science from Springfield College , MA and a Masters of Science from the University at Albany , NY .

Bo Hamby, Vice President Strategic Accounts
Mr. Hamby joined Apto Solutions after 6 year at Xperius, a
leading provider of Human Resource and Recruiting management
systems. His career began in network sales & consulting services
and he played a key role in expanding Think Resource's consulting
business from Engineering to the Information Technology arena.
He was responsible for National Accounts such as MCI, GTE, AT&T,
HP and Bank of America. In 1998 he co-founded CareerStream, a
leading provider of Internet-based Human Capital Management
Systems built on the latest Windows DNA Architecture. As Chief
Operating Officer, and acting VP of Sales, his responsibilities
included developing marketing strategies, product development,
business development and sales management. The company raised
over $2,500,000 in private equity funding and was acquired by
Personic in 2001 and then by Xperius in 2002. Mr. Hamby
continued on as a Senior Product Consultant and was responsible
for managing and expanding major accounts such as Microsoft,
Circuit City, Lowes and Ryder. Mr. Hamby holds a Bachelors of
Business Administration in Finance from Georgia Southern
University.

Tino Velazco, Vice President Operations
Mr. Velazco began his career at McDonnell Douglas’ commercial aircraft division in Long Beach California in 1978.
For the next 16 years his McDonnell Douglas career path took him through several operations departments that allowed
him to focus on developing his skills in organization processes, procedures, and compliance. These departments
included engineering schedules, change management, production planning, manufacturing, material release, quality
assurance, and procedural compliance. In 1994 Mr. Velazco moved to Atlanta and began working for Reliable Property
Management Corporation. As VP Building Operations Mr. Velazco was responsible for setting up the company organizational
structure, production processes, quality assurance, and compliance. In 1996 Mr. Velazco became a business consultant
specializing in organization processes, procedures, and compliance. His successes in helping start up companies get
set up for production operations led to a permanent position with Q Care Systems in 1998. As VP Cleaning Operations
he was instrumental in setting up a multi-truck cleaning operation that grossed 700K in revenue in the first 12 months
of operations. In 2003 Mr. Velazco took a position with Somervell Floor Covering in Glen Rose Texas. As General Manager
of Operations he was responsible for the process improvements that increased gross sales by 1.5 million in twelve months. In May of 2005 Mr. Velazco brought his 26 years of operations experience to the Apto Solutions to become part of the management team.
