Not happy with your hardware purchase?

Apto Solutions offers our customers a warranty against mis-represented products, and are subject to the following conditions:

• Customer must complete all required form fields.
• RMA request must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of product.
• Customer must ship the product within 5 business days after return shipping label has been provided by Apto.
• Customer is responsible for returning all original packaging, labeling, and components.
• The RMA number must be clearly labeled on outside and inside of package.
