Not happy with your hardware purchase?
Apto Solutions offers our customers a warranty against mis-represented and defective products, and are subject to the following conditions:
- Customer must complete all required form fields.
- RMA request must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of product.
- Customer must ship the product within 5 business days after return shipping label has been provided by Apto.
- Customer is responsible for returning all original packaging, labeling, and components.
- The RMA number must be clearly labeled on outside and inside of package.
